Create and confirm a quotation

Creating quotations quickly is important, managing and confirming them easily even more so. In less than 2 minutes, you can learn how to do it.

Now let’s see how we create a quotation, send it to a customer and confirm it.

From the list of quotations, create a new one.

In the first step, we must fill in customer, expected number of passengers, as well as departure and arrival locations. You can skip the travel date if you don’t know it yet.

On the right, you have an immediate overview of the route, including miles and expected time.

Choose a price from the rate table and go ahead.

In the second step of the quotation, observe some of the main information at the top, and the route report at the bottom.

You can add and edit information when you want. For example, go to prices, add parking expenses, and Sengerio will automatically update all the totals.

At this point, save the quotation.

You can create more than one quote for the same trip, and from the list, you can send a single document to your customers that shows the alternatives.

Select the quotation and click Recap.

If necessary, change the language.

Before you send the document, check the preview.

You’ll see that it shows all the information of the quotations including the different prices.

When one of the quotations is accepted, open it and click Confirm in the menu.

The system automatically creates a new booking, with all the information from the quotation, including the prices already configured.

If you haven’t yet done so, enter departure and arrival of the trip. Make further changes if necessary, and save the new booking.

In the details, you’ll find the original quotation number, which you can access by clicking on the arrow.
