  4. Use the filters on the lists

To filter the values of a list, relative to one or more specific fields, hover the mouse on the heading of the columns that you want, click the on the grey arrow that appears in the right and select Filters.

Every column has its own specific filter according to the type of field that it contains (numerical, textual, data or the value of a list.)

The columns with filters applied have the name underlined and in bold.

Customer and Supplier columns that you can find in many lists have a particular type of filter that lets you choose your business partner from a list, updated as you write.

The filters are not maintained when you exit the application of the filter list.
