  4. Insert a “No show” in a booking

To register the fact that a passenger did not present himself, click on the No show button that you find in the Route tab inside the booking.

Write what you want inside the window and specify a Reason if possible.

All no-shows are reported in a list in the Route tab, indicated by the ghost icon.

To view all the bookings in which there is a no-show, you can, from the bookings list, show the no-show column and use the appropriate filter.

The same No show could be inserted also directly by the driver through the Sengerio Driver application, using the No Show function of the step tracking.
