Click on Import from Excel in the menu of the business partners list to import them directly from an Excel file, without having to create one at a time.
Your Excel file must have the same number and order of columns as those shown on Sengerio, keeping in mind that the columns marked with an asterisk are obligatory. If necessary, reorganize them.
From the Excel file, the data is read starting from the second row (the first row is usually used for headlines) until a maximum of 100 at a time.
Click on the icon with the folder to select the file and load the data.
It is necessary to create a different file for each type of business partner among Customer, Supplier and ‘Customer, Supplier‘. Once the file is uploaded, select the corresponding entry at the top right of the buttons.
When the file has been loaded and the grid lines filled, you have the opportunity to see a preview of what will be created. Make all the changes you deem necessary and click on the save button to complete the creation of the new data.
