From the human resource click, click on the + to create a new one.
Enter the Name and Surname of the human resource, together with whatever other information you deem necessary. Finally, click on the Save button.
Keep in mind that in order for the system to consider this resource in the calculation of availability, you must specify a Job title configured for this purpose. A new human resource registered in the system is automatically assigned the work title of Driver.
To configure your Job Titles, open the list and click the pencil icon at the bottom.
If you want resources with a specific Job Title to not appear in Scheduler and to not be considered in the calculation of availability, select the Don’t Show in the Scheduler option.
The employee number is automatically generated by the application at the first save.
